PARTICIPATION
How can I participate in the Challenge?
Click on the "Participate" button, create an account or log in, and then follow the application steps.
How many people are required per team?
Each team must have a minimum of 2 members.
How do I know if I successfully registered on the OI platform?
An automatic notification will be sent to your email.

You can save your application form as a draft and edit it at any time before submitting it.
Once the form is filled out and submitted, you will no longer be able to modify the information provided.
Take the necessary time to answer all questions carefully, and review your application thoroughly before final submission.
APPLICATION PHASE
What documents are required for the application phase?
Applicants must complete the form accessible via the "Participate" button and attach a presentation of the proposed solution related to their chosen theme.
What is the deadline to apply and submit the project?
The deadline for applications is May 14, 2025, at midnight.
What are the evaluation criteria?
The selection criteria include:
- Strong knowledge of Portnet
- Quality of the presentation
- Innovation
- Human/Client-Centric Approach
- Team effort and spirit
PRE-SELECTION PHASE
When will I be notified if my solution is pre-selected?
The announcement of pre-selected solutions will be made starting May 20, 2025, via email notification and on the platform.
If pre-selected, what is the next step in the process?
The next step involves participating in a bootcamp facilitated by experts from ANP, PORTNET, and ENSIAS. The bootcamp aims to refine the proposed solutions for the final selection process.
FINAL SELECTION BOOTCAMP
What does the Bootcamp phase involve?
A mentor for each category will guide the pre-selected students to better understand the challenges outlined in the problem statements.
Workshops will be organized to give participants insights into the foreign trade sector and its key challenges.
What documents should I present at the end of the Bootcamp phase?
A detailed presentation of 20 slides is required at the end of the Bootcamp.
How many students will be selected for the final phase?
Out of the 12 pre-selected proposals, a jury of experts from ANP, PORTNET, and ENSIAS will select 3 winning projects.
When and where will the Bootcamp take place?
The Bootcamp will take place from May 23 to 25, 2025, at ENSIAS.
